The Minnesota Comprehensive Health Association (MCHA) has received a Federal Grant for continuation of the Low Income Subsidy Program for those enrolled in an MCHA Deductible Plan Policy of Coverage ($500, $1000, $2000, $5000, $10000 and the High Deductible Health Plan ($3000 individual / $6000 family deductible)).  The Low Income Subsidy Program application packets are expected to be mailed to your home in mid to late May, 2010.  Details of the program will be included in the application packet.  (Posted October 21, 2009).
