MCHA has applied for and recently received a Federal Grant.  The MCHA Board of Directors has approved a low income subsidy program for MCHA enrollees.  The Board recognizes that MCHA premium rates are high and some MCHA members have difficulty paying premiums.  The Board hopes that for those who qualify, the subsidy will ease the burden of the health insurance costs.  Application materials must be postmarked by September 15, 2008.
